Prior to XS.com, he successfully served as the Country Manager for Exness, enhancing the firm's operations and growth as one of the top FX brokers in the region. His extensive career includes senior roles at renowned brokerage firms such as Equiti, AxiTrader, and Alpari, where he consistently built strong relationships, boosted sales performance, and elevated service quality.

Shadi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Damascus University and has acquired multiple international certifications related to financial markets.
